Technical Solutions

  • Autolith Device is not detected in Autolith Command Center or Bluetooth Settings

    Ensure the device is powered on, and its battery is
    sufficiently charged.

    Ensure Bluetooth connectivity is active on your PC.

    Restart your Autolith device.

    Restart the Autolith Command Center software.

  • Autolith Device is connected but does not change the orientation of its bound display

    Restart the device and software.

    Ensure the device is bound to a display in Autolith Command
    Center.

  • Autolith Device is connected but changes the orientation of the wrong display

    Ensure the device is bound to the correct display. If not,
    then rebind the device to the desired display in Autolith Command Center.

  • Autolith Command Center will not open

    Ensure Autolith Command Center is not running in the
    background on your PC (check the system tray in the bottom right corner of your
    taskbar).

    Restart your PC.
