Shipping Policy for Autolith Devices

We are committed to ensuring that your order is handled with care and delivered promptly. Below is our shipping policy to provide you with the details of our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays or during weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

2. Shipping Options and Rates

  • We offer several shipping options, which vary based on your location and the speed of delivery.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping times and rates vary by destination.
  • Please note that customs, duties, or import fees may apply to international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we advise checking with local authorities for more information.

4. Tracking and Delivery

  • Once your Autolith device ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real time.

5. Shipping Delays

  • Autolith is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, carrier delays). However, we will work with you and our shipping partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact our support team at info@autolithinc.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • In the event of a lost or damaged package, we may provide a replacement or refund, subject to verification and investigation.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
